NOTIFICATION ON FIXING TIMELINE TO ISSUE CERTIFICATE UNDER CLRA ACT - TAMILNADU

The commissioner of Labour has issue a notification fixing timeline to grant of registration certificate as 30 days from the date of receipt of application under Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act 1970.
